Police identify body found west of Pocatello
UPDATE 11:07 a.m.: Bannock County Sheriff Lorin Nielsen has identified the man as 22-year-old Ariel Arellano.

The Bannock County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a body was found last night west of Pocatello.
The man’s body was found by a person walking on a city creek trail.
Authorities had a hard time recovering the body because of weather and muddy conditions.
His identity and a cause of death has not been released at this time.
