Idaho gas prices back above $3
On Friday, Idaho’s average price topped $3 for the first time this year.
Idaho gas prices have risen 6.3 cents per gallon in the past week, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 802 stations.
Gas prices in Idaho are 47.8 cents per gallon higher than a month ago, yet stand 7.3 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
According to GasBuddy price reports, the cheapest station in Idaho is priced at $2.83 per gallon Monday while the most expensive is $3.40 per gallon, a difference of 57.0 cents per gallon.
The cheapest price in the entire country today stands at $2.03 per gallon while the most expensive is $5.19 per gallon, a difference of $3.16 per gallon.
The national average price of gasoline has risen 2.9 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.88 per gallon Monday.
The national average is up 18.7 cents per gallon from a month ago, yet stands 7.7 cents per gallon higher than a year ago.
