CredibleMind / Teton County

JACKSON, Wyo. (KIFI) - The eton County Health Department has introduced a year-long Seasonal Mental Health Campaign utilizing the bilingual web-based platform, CredibleMind.

The Winter Mental Health campaign beginning this month will highlight various tools and resources on CredibleMind, while focusing on the unique challenges that winter can pose to mental wellbeing.

Any community member who takes a CredibleMind self-assessment will be eligible to enter a monthly raffle for local prizes throughout the winter months.

This programming has been made possible through generous funding from the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole’s Behavioral Health Initiatives Grant.

To be eligible for the drawing individuals will need to make a site profile with contact information. Monthly winners will be drawn by CredibleMind’s management team to ensure confidentiality. Prizes focus on building social connections thanks to the generosity of local community organizations.

The Winter Mental Health Campaign:

  • Monthly Mental Health education topics and materials at various community events.
  • Monthly raffle for local community prizes that work to battle social isolation throughout the winter such as a pair of tickets to Astoria Hot Springs or 5-class credit pack to Pursue JH.

CredibleMind provides free and confidential access to the largest online library of mental health and wellbeing resources. The platform's tools include podcasts, apps, articles, and videos on topics such as depression, anxiety, burnout, meditation, and self-care. There are also fully anonymous, evidence-based clinical self-assessments available that help you understand your own mental health.
