Idaho gas prices edge up

MGN Online

Idaho gas prices bumped up 2.1 cents per gallon in the past week. GasBuddy surveys of 802 Idaho service stations indicate prices averaged $2.76 per gallon Monday.

Prices in Idaho are 3.5 cents higher than a month ago, but 35.7 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.

The national average price fell 2.4 cents per gallon in the last week for an average price of $2.63 per gallon.

“As expected, the national average has reverted to declining in the midst of resolution to refinery issues in the West Coast, while lower demand also weighs on oil prices, leading to modest relief in some areas of the country,” said Patrick DeHaan, head of petroleum analysis for GasBuddy.
