Punishment by air gun. Police said that’s the philosophy of one Idaho Falls man when it comes to his kids.
Joshua Alan Brotherson is charged with four misdemeanor counts of minor injury to a child.
According to a police report, the man’s two sons and two step-sons, all students at Linden Park Elementary, gave statements that after misbehaving they were forced to stand against a wall while Brotherson shot them in the back of the lower legs with an air gun. The shots left welts and small open wounds, the report said.
Brotherson is out of jail on his own recognizance.
