2 Rob Idaho Falls Store At Gunpoint

The Idaho Falls Police Department is looking for two armed people who stole cash, beer and cigarettes from a Common Cents store on Wednesday morning.

According to the store clerk, the first man came into the West Broadway convenience store sometime before 2:45 a.m., pointed a gun at him and demanded money from the cash register. As the man took the money from the cash register, a second man with a gun came into the store and stole a case of beer, two cartons of cigarettes and some lighters, police said.

The men are described as Hispanic. One is about 5 feet 7 inches, 160 pounds with short black hair wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts and a dark cloth over his face. The second man is described as 5 feet 5 inches, 140 pounds with short black hair wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt.

Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to contact the IFPD at 529-1200 or Crimestoppers at 522-1983.
