Crews Fight Fire West Of Idaho Falls

Firefighters are battling a fire that?s burning 22 miles west of Idaho Falls.

It’s being called the County Line Fire. It?s burned about 211 acres mostly on private land.

According to Lynn Ballard, the Forest Service spokesman, firefighters have made a line around the fire, but it is not controlled or contained.

He said the most difficult thing about this fire is that there are 20 large hay bales burning in the middle of it. No structures are threatened at this time.
