Rape, Kidnapping Suspect Turns Himself In
A man who was wanted on a number of charges turned himself in on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Blackfoot Police Department, Byron Deray Crofts, 32, turned himself into police on Thursday afternoon. He was then booked on charges of rape, kidnapping and battery with intent to commit a serious felony.
The charges stem from what the police department calls an ?incident? on Wednesday afternoon at Crofts? house on the east side of Blackfoot.
