Olive Garden Serves Lunch To Labor Day Workers

Some firefighters at Idaho Falls Station No. 1 got a hearty surprise for lunch on Labor Day.

The Idaho Falls Olive Garden supplied lunch, drinks and desserts for the crew. Lasagna, bread sticks, salad and more of the restaurant’s favorites were served up.

“I’m sure the guy who lost for cooking is maybe a little more excited than the rest of us cause now he doesn’t have to cook for us,? firefighter Levi McAffee said. ?We’re grateful that they do it for us. It’s great food, and we’re excited to have it.”

Olive Garden has been delivering lunches to service workers on Labor Day for 10 years to show appreciation for their hard work in the community.
