Friends Remember Asha Davenport

The Idaho Falls community is grieving over a young woman who fell off a ski lift on Sunday in Park City and now her friends are talking about their memories of her.

Kelly Nicoll met Asha Davenport through a group of friends in high school last year. Asha was a year ahead of her in school.

Kelly said Asha was loud, quirky and one of the most genuine people she’s ever met.

“She was and is one of the best people, the nicest. It just breaks my heart because she is just so sweet and she loved everybody,” Kelly.

She said the last time she saw Asha she was buying things for her new dorm at the University of Utah, where she had just started school.

Asha had epilepsy, causing her to fall off the lift at the Canyons Resort this weekend.
