Bengals to play Washington
POCATELLO, Idaho – The Idaho State football team will travel to play at Washington in 2013. The announcement came Tuesday afternoon. The game will be played Sept. 21 at Husky Stadium.
Since 2007, the Bengals are 0-3 vs. Pacific 12 schools. Idaho State lost to Washington State 64-21 in 2011, Arizona State 50-3 in 2009 and Oregon State 61-10 in 2007. The Bengals’ average margin of defeat in those games is 47 points.
ISU does not play a Pac 12 opponent in 2012. The Bengals will travel to Air Force and Nebraska this year as part of their non-conference schedule.
According to ISU Sports Information, the Bengals will receive $450,000 for the game.
