Park crash kills Michigan man

A 59 year old Rochester Hills, Michigan man died Thursday after a two car crash in Grand Teton National Park. The victim was identified as John Richard Grace.

Park Rangers said Grace’s Camaro crashed into an older model Ford on Highway 89/287 near the Oxbow Bend of the Snake River at approximately 12:30 pm Thursday. His wife, who was the only passenger, was also injured and transported to St. John’s Medical Center in Jackson for treatment. The second driver was not seriously hurt.

The crash is under joint investigation by park rangers and the Wyoming Highway Patrol.
