Mink Creek bishop talks of member homes destroyed, including own

Mink Creek Ward Bishop, Efrain Velasquez, lost his home to the Charlotte Fire Thursday night, yet his focus is on his ward members that had their homes destroyed.

The Charlotte Fire started Thursday afternoon in the Mink Creek area south of Pocatello. Hundreds of people were evactuated.
