One killed in Island Park crash

One person has been killed and another is seriously injured after a single vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 20 on Thursday afternoon.

Rosalie Frost, 80, and her passenger, Clarence Frost, 87, both from Salt Lake City, were driving driving west when Rosalie went off the road and hit a tree, according to Idaho State Police.

It happened at mile post 386 near Pond’s Lodge in Island Park. and crash into a tree at 3:11 pm.

Clarence died in the crash, ISP said. Rosalie was taken by AirIdaho to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.

Both the Frosts were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
