Bonneville Sheriff’s Deputies in SWAT standoff

According to Sgt. Jeff Edwards, deputies were serving a warrant out of Dillon, Montana for the arrest of Kevin Hurley Saturday morning.

Edwards said Hurley was in his parents’ house at 479 East 97 South in Idaho Falls. Hurley was in the basement when deputies arrived.

Hurley allegedly threatened officers and had a gun case.

A SWAT team was called out to negotiate before Hurley eventually surrendered.

Hurley is being held on $60,500 dollars bond in Bonneville County.

He was wanted in Montana for felony theft and criminal mischievous conduct.
