Woman charged after kicking police

A transient woman is in custody today on two felony counts. Pocatello Police said they were called to 1010 N. Arthur last night to locate an intoxicated female identified as 29 year old Paula Hall who had been causing a disturbance.

Officers placed Hall into protective custody, but while en route to jail, she attempted to kick out the patrol car window. Police stopped to place soft restraints on Hall’s legs. They say Hall then spit on and kicked them. She was charged with felony battery on an officer and resisting and obstructing a police investigation.
