Main Street Buzz: Speed Connect

Speed Connect is based in Michigan and has opened its first eastern Idaho branch in Idaho Falls.

The goal is to update Idaho’s Internet services to provide the fastest Internet connection. The company offers a new mobile hot spot device.

The hot spot connects to any of the company’s wi-max towers to provide Wi-Fi for up to five people, meaning you can get Internet over the air on portable devices anywhere you go.

“We are investing a ton of money in our networks in Idaho to bring them up to state of the art. We are doing the very best to deliver the best service that we can,” said Donna Nims manager of Speed Connect.

Speed Connect is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

They are also giving away four War Bonnet Rodeo tickets if you signup for services this week.
