Jefferson prosecutor in crash
A crash blocked the eastbound lane of State Highway 48 for just over an hour on Friday morning.
Claude Walker, 62, of Rigby, was driving south on 4300 East at the intersection of State Highway 48. Robin Dunn, 57, also of Rigby, was eastbound on the highway. Walker failed to stop at the stop sign and entered the intersection, striking Dunn, Idaho State Police said.
Dunn is the Jefferson County prosecutor.
Dunn was transported to Madison Memorial Hospital by ground ambulance. He was treated and released.
Both drivers were wearing their seat belts.
