2 vehicles collide near McCammon
Three people were hurt in a crash near McCammon at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
William S. Kimball, 29, of Pocatello, was navigating a curve in the roadway while driving west on Merrill Road (west of Aslett Road) in a 2004 Dodge pickup pulling a 1994 Spencer fifth-wheel trailer. Gaylon F. Gooch, 65, of McCammon, was navigating a curve in the roadway while driving east on Merrill Road in a 2012 Kia Sportage. The two vehicles collided in the middle of the curve.
Kimball and his passenger, Jerry Wells, 36, of Chubbuck, ID, were not hurt.
Gooch and two passengers, Billie A. Thomas, 73, and Patricia L. Nation, 71, both of McCammon, were transported by ground ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello.
