Idaho Falls man arrested for attempted strangulation
An Idaho Falls man was arrested around 12:24 a.m. Sunday on an attempted strangulation charge.
Robert M. Brown, 36, was being held in the Bonneville County jail.
According to Idaho Falls police, a 36-year-old female victim claimed Brown put his hands around her neck during a domestic argument at a residence in the 300 block of J Street.
Brown was found walking in the alley.
