Fire burns behind salvage yard in Idaho Falls

Idaho Falls and Bonneville County Fire Crews responded to a grass fire behind an auto salvage yard Wednesday night.

The fire broke out just after 9 p.m., in a field near the intersection of Iona and St. Leon roads.

The fire burned behindCross’s Crashes. It is unknown if any vehicles caught fire.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the blaze.
