Pocatello man arrested for excessive DUI

A Pocatello man was arrested for excessive DUI when he rolled his car early Wednesday morning.

Pocatello Police said Steven R. Foran, 32, struck a parked car and flipped his car to its top.

It happened about 1:30 a.m. on West Benton and South Grant.

Foran was not injured, but was highly intoxicated, police said.
