Cowboys and Angels Rodeo Memorializes Fallen Rigby Queen

The Cowboys and Angels Rodeo took place Saturday to remember a Rodeo Queen who gave so much to others. Through the event, money is raised for two organizations Keely Lance cared deeply about, 4-H and The Special Olympics.
