Rock climber rescued in Heise

Jefferson County deputies tell Local News 8 a climber was rescued in the Heise area Saturday afternoon.

The incident happened around 3 p.m. Saturday, when the climber fell near the ski hills.

Very little information is being released, but we do know the climber is still in his harness.

Jefferson County deputies said the man was taken by ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. We do not know how badly he is injured or how he fell.
