Store pushes for healthier living
A new store that is all about healthier living is opening Tuesday. The new store is called Natural Groceries and is located on 17th Street.
The store is providing a better and more affordable lifestyle for people in Idaho Falls. Store managers said eating healthy is more than just tofu and wheat grass. They offer all the groceries you can find at other stores, without all the additives.
Natural Groceries Operations Team Lead Andi Valdez said it is more than just a grocery store — the store is educating people on a healthier way of life.
“We have just hired a nutritional health coach. Once she finishes her training she will be able to provide free half-hour consultations with the community. She will help educate both our staff as well as customers on health and wellness,” said Valdez.
The store will open at 9 a.m. Tuesday. As part of its grand opening, customers will be placed into a drawing to win prizes like a new iPad.
