Help those hit by typhoon

You have seen the devastation of Super Typhoon Haiyan in the news. More than 2,000 people are dead. Nearly 4,000 people are injured. Two million people are in need of food. Countless others are homeless. We are asking our viewers to help the people hit by this disaster.

We’re working with radio group Riverbend Communications and the American Red Cross to raise money to help send supplies and food to these hard-hit areas in the Pacific. Here’s where you can find us from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday:

Pocatello: Student Union Building on Idaho State University campus Idaho Falls: Red Cross blood donation office on 17th near Harbor Freight Tools Rexburg: Near south Rexburg exit across from Burger King and Applebees

Donations are also accepted in Salmon in front of Bertram’s Brewery on Main Street and Goodenow Designs.

Checks and cash will be accepted at the locations.
