Man arrested in theft of blade weapons
An Idaho Falls man was arrested on a grand theft charge after police said he stole decorative knives and swords, including a Klingon weapon.
Bradley J. Dennis, 24, stole $1,050 in weapons from a home on the 600 block of Calliope, Idaho Falls police said.
The owner told officers Monday that Japanese katanas, Scorpion knives and a large scimitar were taken from her basement. Also taken was a bat’leth, a weapon used by Klingons in the Star Trek universe.
