Chubbuck man linked to Blackfoot burglaries

Blackfoot Police said a Chubbuck man they arrested early Thursday may be involved in several recent burglaries in Blackfoot.

Tyler James Wasia, 32, was being held in the Bingham County Jail on four counts of grand theft and one count of being a persistent violator. He was being held on a $50,000 bond.

According to Blackfoot police, Wasia is a suspect in several other crimes in surrounding counties.Investigation is continuing in Blackfoot and those other counties.
