Watch Idaho Falls council meetings online
The City of Idaho Falls is trying to be more transparent.
Local people can now view City Council meetings online live.
Go to the city’s site, http://www.idahofallsidaho.gov, and you will find a link in the middle of the page to the meetings.
Along with the video player is a tab for past meetings. You can see the city has put up this month’s and last month’s meetings so far. The meetings are also sectioned out by topic.
Idaho falls Fayor Jared Fuhriman is encouraging locals to get familiar with how their city works by watching the meetings and offering input or suggestions.
The meetings are usually on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
