Hair stylist supports veterans

The holiday season is upon us and it’s putting people in the giving spirit.

One hairstylist at Ambiance Beauty is celebrating the holidays by giving local veterans free haircuts. Amanda Foster said money can be tight during the Christmas season. She said it’s the least she can do for those who serve their country no matter the season.

“Both of my grandparents were military, my father was military, and I once was a military wife as well. It’s something that I know could benefit them, especially around the holidays,” said Foster.

Also to support veterans, the salon is giving 25 percent off manicures and pedicures. This promotion will go from Dec. 16 until Dec. 20.
