Kitchen fire damages Idaho Falls duplex
Two Idaho Falls families are okay after a house fire Friday evening.
Idaho Falls Fire Department said a fire started in the kitchen. Everyone in the home got out okay.
Firefighters quickly put the fire out and pulled down a part of the ceiling to make sure the fire hadn’t spread to the attic.
The Red Cross is helping both families who lived in the duplex with shelter.
Firefighters say the cause is still under investigation.
