Missing Rexburg man found

A Rexburg man who had last been seen about two weeks ago has been found, police said Friday.

According to an AlertID post from Chief Shane Turman, Richard Charles Loomis is safe.

He was found by officers in south Salt Lake City late Thursday.

Loomis left home in a Jeep Wrangler on Feb. 8 and had no contact with friends, family or his employer.

Police have not released further details on the case. They did say there was no foul play or criminal activity involved.
