Blackfoot brochure aims to attract tourists

City officials in Blackfoot hope new brochures will attract more tourists to the area.

Mayor Paul Loomis said the brochures are used to advertise Jensen Grove Park, Jensen’s Lake, Grove Pavilion, Rose Pond, Airport Park and Cannon Bridge. The city is distributing them through local restaurants and gas stations.

“It gives an opportunity for someone to pick it up at one of our restaurants and see what is available in the community. We are just really positive about our brochure,” said Loomis.

City officials hope to distribute the brochures through local bike shops in the near future.
