Idaho Falls man arrested in shooting incident
An Idaho Falls man was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a weapon after he allegedly another man.
The Bonneville County Sheriff’s office said Michael Anthony Lopez, 52, went to the home of Daniel Black on the 7000 block of South 55 West around 10:50 p.m. Friday. Deputies said Monday the two men got into a disagreement, and Lopez pulled a pistol from his waistband and fired several rounds.
Black said he ran out the back door of his home. He said Lopez left the house, but drove by a few minutes later and fired a gun toward the home.
Deputies found Lopez in a vehicle on 65th South near Dad’s Travel Plaza and arrested him.
