Man accused of filming teen in bathroom

An Idaho Falls man is accused of recording a video of a teenager in a bathroom.

Idaho Falls police said Wednesday that Justin M. Neibaur, 41, was arrested on a warrant for felony injury to a child after an investigation that began in December when police got a tip he recorded the 16-year-old girl.

He was booked and released.
