Pocatello police arrest Rec Center burglary suspect

One man is in custody after Pocatello police responded to a burglary in progress shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday.

Police quickly surrounded the Community Rec Center at 427 N 6th Ave.Officers then used a police dog to flush out the suspect.

According to police, the man confessed responsibility for several recent business burglaries.

The man’s identity was not released.
