Woman accused of biting officer

A woman was arrested after Idaho Falls police said she bit an officer early Thursday morning.

Officers were called around 1 a.m. to the area of North Freeman and May for a report of a domestic disturbance.

When officers looked into what was going on, those involved became agitated.

Police said as officers tried to separate them, Lindsey E. Pike, 26, bit one of them on the hand.

She was arrested on a charge of felony battery upon certain personnel and was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
