Man killed in dump truck accident
A 75-year-old Pocatello man was killed Tuesday evening when his dump truck rolled over him.
Idaho State Police said Devere Lowry was releasing the brakes on a trailer. He was standing at the rear of the dump truck when the truck rolled backward over him, trapping him between the dual tires on the driver’s side of the truck.
ISP said Lowry was pronounced dead at the scene.
It happened in Chubbuck at the intersection of Dell Rd. and Cole St.
