Man accused of stealing copper pipe from city
An Iona man has been arrested after police said he stole copper pipe from the Idaho Falls Water Department.
Kendall Quinton, 54, was arrested on a warrant for grand theft.
Police said they received information that while he was a city employee, Quinton stole 2,600 pounds of copper pipe from a water department recycle bin over a 24-month time span. The copper was valued around $6,500.
