Health issues sideline Bannock County Commission chairman

Bannock County Commission Chairman Howard Manwaring is stepping back from the post for health reasons.

According to a press release issued by Bannock County on Tuesday, Manwaring will be unavailable for public duties until further notice due to health matters.The nature of those health issues was not disclosed.

Commissioner Steve Hadley will serve as acting chairman during Manwaring’s absence.
