Local businesses offer deals to veterans

Many local restaurants and other businesses are offering their services for free to veterans on Tuesday.

Applebees: Meal, 11 a.m. to midnight
Chick-fil-A – Meal, 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Chilis – Meal, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Denny’s – Grand Slam, 5 a.m. to noon Famous Dave’s – One Meat Salute, 11:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m. Orange Leaf – Yogurt, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outback – Bloomin’ Onion and drink, 4 to 11 p.m. Lincoln Court – Breakfast, 8:30 to 10 p.m. Perkins – Meal, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sizzler – Meal, noon to 4 p.m. Starbucks – 12-ounce coffee
Texas Roadhouse – Meal, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Great Clips – Free haircut (or free haircut card to give to a vet)
Jiffy Lube (Idaho Falls area) – Free Signature Service Oil Change Lava Hot Springs – Free admission to hot pools Museum of Idaho – Free admission Spray Me Down (Idaho Falls) – Free car wash until 4 p.m.

In addition, admission is free to all visitors to national parks Tuesday.
