Fish & Game officers investigate shot snow geese

Idaho Fish and Game is asking for the public’s help after nine snow geese were illegally shot and killed in Fremont County.

In a news release Thursday, Senior Conservation Officer Lauren Lane said the birds appeared to have been shot within the last several days and were left to waste near Teton and Newdale.

The last snow goose seasons closed March 10.
