Suspect in Olzak killing was in custody for DUI

One of the suspects in last weekend’s beating death of Josh Olzak was arrested for a different crime Saturday night.

Tanner Cox was arrested for a DUI the night of that killing and is out on bond.

Police are looking for Cox and Nickolas Arguello in connection to the case. They have not been charged.

Investigators are also looking for two vehicles: a white Dodge Durango and a light-colored vehicle, possibly a Subaru Impreza or a Volkswagon Jetta, connected with the case.

The department is still investigating and is asking for public patience as they continue.

“The detectives are working vigorously, I can tell you that, to come to hopefully some kind of resolution here in the next little bit, ” said Joelyn Hansen from the Idaho Falls Police Department.
