Shelley man accused of forgery
A Shelley man was arrested after forging checks, police said.
Andres J. Hernandez, 20, was arrested on a warrant for burglary and forgery on Friday after officers were told Hernandez stole a checkbook and an ATM card.Police said he had been forging checks and making unauthorized cash withdrawals from an ATM between March and June.
The forged checks totaled $8,920 and the ATM withdrawals totaled $440.
He was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
