Teacher arrested on indecent exposure charges

A St. Anthony elementary school teacher was arrested on a warrant for indecent exposure.

Police Chief Trent Harris said Kurtis Todd Spencer of St. Anthony was arrested Monday on three counts of indecent exposure and three counts of public display of offensive sexual material. He said the case involved Spencer stalking and flashing a St. Anthony woman.

Harris said Spencer and the woman had no other relationship.

Spencer is a teacher at the Henry’s Fork Elementary School in St. Anthony.

He was booked into the Fremont County Jail on Monday and was being held on a $15,000 bond.
