See giant flash mob tonight

Tonight at 7 pm at Snake River Landing in Idaho Falls there’s an event called “Liv, Danz, Giv.” It’s organized by Boogaloo dance instructor Nicole Packer. People from all over the community have been learning the moves.

Packer has also convinced several businesses around town to have employees learn the moves and participate. They’re expecting 200 dancers. In order to participate the dancers are simply asked to donate old shoes that go to a humanitarian group that helps people in poor villages in Africa.

“Not only is it going to be pretty amazing to see all these dancing businesses in this parking lot, this has never happened before in Idaho Falls,” Packer said.

They will show video of the needy villagers in Africa where the shoes will go.

“I think when they realize what their contribution does, they are really going to see what a difference their contribution makes,” Packer said. “I have to say this event is about uniting as a community and uniting as a world family as well.”

Anyone is invited to come watch the event tonight at 7 pm.
