Movie theaters respond to shootings across country

Theater shootings across the country have created concern for theater owners. Security is a big issue and deciding how to keep all moviegoers safe.
Brandon Lott, manager at the Paramount Theater, said, “It’s just one of those things that you hope never happens, but you just need to be prepared for if something does happen.”

“A big concern for us is safety. Not only for us but for the rest of our staff and our customers,” Lott said. “We want everyone to feel safe. We want everyone to have a good time. We want everyone to feel that this is a place that they can come and be safe and enjoy their evening.”
