Missing trucker found dead in truck

The Idaho Falls Police are investigating the death of a semi truck driver who was reported missing on Monday, September 28th.

David W. Fadness, 57-years-old, was reported missing Monday. The company he drives for had not been in contact with him since he made his last delivery at the Idaho Falls Sam’s Club on September 27th.

Fadness was found dead in his truck parked outside the Sam’s Club Tuesday. Preliminary reports show that he died of natural causes.

Idaho Falls Police Department says the case is still be investigated.

Idaho Falls Police say a dog was found inside the cab with the driver. ” The dog is in good condition. It is currently being cared for at the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter. We’ll work with the driver’s family to determine what they want to do with the dog.”
