UPDATE: Amber Alert, 9 year-old Nampa girl found
UPDATE: Reese Harrop has been found after being allegedly abducted by a non-custodial parent.
She was last seen wearing a black and white jacket and shorts of unknown color.
The nine-year-old is a Caucasian female with blonde hair and blue eyes with freckles.
She’s 4 foot tall and weighs 75 pounds.
The suspect is 37 year-old Tesha Harrop, a white female with blond hair and blue eyes.
Police believe they are driving a white 1998 Chevy Ventura van with Idaho license plate 2CNR052.
