Rigby driver hits boy on bicycle

At approximately 8:13 a.m. Thursday morning the Rigby Police Department was dispatched to an accident involving a Chevy Malibu and a Bicycle.

The 18-year-old driver was unable to see clearly through the frosted windows on her vehicle, and struck a 7-year-old boy on his bicycle. The boy had minor injuries and was transported by private vehicle to receive attention.

The driver of the vehicle was cited for Obstructed Windshield.
